You have to stay away from deodorant for a while, but try green (rubbing) alcohol for a week, you'll see a difference. Take 2 cotton balls (one for each arm) saturate cotton ball, rub under arm several strokes down, then several strokes across. Let the alcohol evaporate. After doing each arm, apply powder with cornstarch. (Do not use deodorant) Do it while you're on vacation or something if you're not comfortable. But do this 3 times a day for a week. You should see a difference.
